Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis. I have a sliding fee in order to work with my clients. If you have extenuating circumstances and/or no medical insurance please talk with me.
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• Is pre-authorization needed prior to service?
• Hometown Health
• Various EAPs
*In the event your insurance company is not directly billed, I will provide all necessary paperwork for you to submit for any reimbursements.
Cash, check and all major credit cards accepted for payment.
24 hour cancelation is needed unless illness or emergency. If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified me in at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
